Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Read our Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using our website, the eezi software, and the HRMS-E mobile application (the “Services”) operated by eezi (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
You must agree to and abide by the following Terms to access and use eezi. All users, visitors, and others who use or interact with the Service are subject to these Terms.
You agree to these Terms by accessing or using the Service. You are not permitted to access the Service if you disagree with any portion of the terms.
Subscriptions
eezi may require subscriptions to pay for some Service components (“Subscription(s)”). When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay an upfront price as well as ongoing monthly fees at the then-applicable subscription rate.
Until your subscription is canceled, you are also responsible for all recurring fees. Subject to our cancellation terms, you may cancel your Subscription at any time. The monthly Subscription is billed on the 15th of each month, and customers have until the 30th of that same month to settle the payment.
eezi will instantly handle your subscription fee for the billing cycle after you sign up. Until the subscription is canceled, Eezi will automatically bill your Subscription at the signup rate.
Data Sharing
Engaging in eezi’s services grants the Company access to personal and sensitive personal information (“Data”). eezi shall exercise reasonable care to protect the Client’s data from misuse and unauthorized access. The Client is the owner of the Data and has the exclusive right to grant use of the Data. eezi may disclose Data only to the extent necessary, or as required by law. Either party may terminate the Subscription(s) (1) for any reason on 30 business days’ notice; or (2) with immediate effect as a result of a breach. On the termination of the Subscription, eezi shall return the Data provided by the Client and destroy all copies thereof.
Licensing and Intellectual Property
eezi grants you the license to use the software within the duration of your Subscription. By subscribing, you also provide the Company the license to use your Data for the fulfillment of Our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the usage, copying, transmission, storing, and creating back-ups of your Information and Data for the purpose of the delivery of Our services. The same licenses are revoked upon the termination of the subscription.
It is your responsibility to keep records of all your uploaded Data in the software and to maintain their intellectual property. On the other hand, our software provides measures to protect your data from loss with a backup system. In addition, eezi has no responsibility for the failure of any third-party system that results in the damage or loss of your Data or restriction of access to the software.
Links To Other Web Sites
Links to third-party websites or services not within eezi’s control or ownership may be found on our Service. The Company has no control over and accepts no liability for any third-party websites or services’ content, privacy policies, or practices.
You further understand and accept that eezi is not liable or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage from the use of or reliance on any of its content, products, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We have the right to change these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. We shall endeavor to give at least 30 (change this) days’ notice before any new terms take effect if the adjustment is essential. We reserve the right to judge what constitutes a material change.
